What to Expect Each Wednesday
Join CHEC for a relaxed morning designed for adults 55+ to move, connect, and recharge. Each gathering includes a comfortable group walk, light stretching, refreshments, and time to socialize with other participants.
Then show four small highlights underneath: Walk • Stretch • Sip • Socialize.
